The EU Structural Funds in Wales are looking for suitable organisations to support the delivery of EU projects in the following areas:

Small scale renewable energy proposals
Around £14m of European Structural Funds are available for more small scale community renewable energy proposals.

The Wales European Funding Office (WEFO) are encouraging more proposals to come forward to benefit from £10m available in West Wales & the Valleys and £4m in East Wales.  Any organisation (public, private, third sector) can apply and the deadline for submitting a proposal to WEFO is: 30 June 2017.

Further information and proposal guidance is available on the Welsh Government website or by emailing WEFO at: enquiries-wefo@wales.gsi.gov.uk.

Sustainable employment projects
Over £40m of European Structural Funds are available for proposals to tackle poverty through sustainable employment in Wales.

WEFO is looking for targeted proposals that complement and clearly add value to existing public and private sector activity.  Proposals should focus on delivering results which address a clear, identified need.

£43m is available across Wales, £21m in West Wales and Valleys and £22m in East Wales and the deadline to submit a proposal to WEFO is: 30 June 2017.

Further information and proposal guidance is available on the Welsh Government website or by emailing WEFO at: WEFOEmploymentYoungPeople@wales.gsi.gov.uk
